【摘要】 目的观察口服阿昔洛韦基础上加用3%阿昔洛韦软膏外用治疗小儿水痘的疗效。方法将100例水痘患儿随机分为2组,治疗组50例用阿昔洛韦口服加3%阿昔洛韦软膏外用和对照组50例口服阿昔洛韦,分析其疗效。结果治疗组与对照组比较,前者在有效率(P<0.01)、治愈率、退热时间和疱疹结痂时间(P<0.05)等均优于后者。结论口服阿昔洛韦加3%阿昔洛韦软膏外用疗效优于口服阿昔洛韦,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effect on children with chicken pox treated by orally acyclovir and externally use of 3% acyclovir ointment. Methods To divide 100 children with chicken pox into two groups randomly: Group orally acyclovir and externally use of acyclovir and group orally acyclovir . Results were statistically analyzed. Results There were significant differences in cure rate (P<0.05).efficiency (P<0.01). defervescence time (P<0.05) and herpes scab time (P<0.05) between the two groups. Conclusions Effect of acyclovir treatment (orally acyclovir and externally use of 3% acyclovir ointment) is better than intravenous orally acyclovir. So acyclovir treatment should be put into clinical application.更多还原
