解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体和弓形虫感染与自然流产的关系
Relationship between spontaneous abortion and Ureaplasma urealyticum,Chlamydia trachomatis and Toxoplasma gondii infection
【摘要】 目的探讨解脲支原体(UU)、沙眼衣原体(CT)和弓形虫(TOX)感染与自然流产的关系。方法对310例自然流产患者,UU采用培养法检测,CT、TOX采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测。同样对75例自愿人工流产者进行检测。结果310例自然流产患者中UU、CT和TOX阳性检出率分别为36.13%、29.25%、11.12%,对照组其UU、CT和TOX感染率分别为6.67%、5.13%、2.67%。两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论UU、CT和TOX感染与自然流产有相关性。
【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the relation between Ureasma urealyticum(Uu),Chlamydia trachomatis(Ct)and Toxoplasma gondii(Tox)and spontaneous abortion.Methods:The cervical secretions from 310 cases of spontaneous abortion were cultured for UU detection and enzyme linked immono sorbent assay(ELISA)was applied to detect Ct and Tox,and controls who had volunteered artificial abortion.Results: The positive rate of Uu,Ct and Tox infection was 36.13%,29.25% and 11.12% respectively,and that of the control group was 6.67%,5.13% and 2.67%.The counterpart rates of the two groups had sigificant difference by statistics(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:The infection of Uu,Ct and Tox is closely related to spontaneous abortion.
