【摘要】 目的为制订职业病防治规划提供基础数据。方法选择广州市6家劳动密集型企业720名女职工进行问卷调查,资料回收后进行统计分析。结果被调查企业女职工大部分处于婚育年龄,职业卫生知识贫乏,对有毒有害因素危害缺乏认识,无自我保护和维权意识,职业卫生问题令人忧虑。结论依法加强监督管理,提供合适的职业健康教育方式,普及女职工职业卫生知识和增强自我保护意识,是妇女在整个生命周期(尤其是职业活动过程)享有卫生保健服务的重要保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide the basic data for planning the occupational disease prevention and control. Methods 720 female workers in six labor-intensive enterprises in Guangzhou were investigated with questionnaire. Results Most of the female workers are at age with marriage ability and fecundity, but they are short of knowledge about occupational health and know less about occupational hazards at their workplaces. They do not have idea of self-protection and awareness of their right maintenance. Their occupational condition is worried. Conclusion It is important that the supervision and management are enforced and female workers’ occupational health knowledge and awareness of self-protection are enhanced through appropriate occupational health education, to ensure that female worker’s get health care services throughout the women’ life cycle.更多还原
