【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法测定糖肾康颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Phonomenex C₁₈ （150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相为乙腈-水（32:68）;流速0.8 ml·min^-1;ELSD参数:漂移管温度105℃;载气流速2.7 ml·min^-1;柱温40℃。结果:黄芪甲苷进样量在1.004～5.020μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 0,平均回收率为98.82%。RSD为0.64%。结论:该方法灵敏度高、专属性及重现性好,结果准确可靠,可用于糖肾康颗粒的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for determination the content of astragaloside in Tangshenkang gran- ules.Method:The Phonomenex C₁₈column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）was used.Acetonitfile-water（32:68 ）was used us the mobile phase.The flow rate of mobile phase was 0.8 ml.min^-1.The tube temperature of the detector was 105℃.The flow rate of pure air was 2.7 ml·min^-1.The column temperature was 40℃.Result:The linearity was obtained from 1.004-5.020μg（r=0.999 0）. The average recovery was 98.82% with RSD=0.64%（n=6）.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,simple,specific and accurate for determination of astragalosidc in Tangsbenkang granules.更多还原
