【摘要】 目的:建立通脉口服液中阿魏酸含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱Zorbax SB-C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以甲醇:水:冰醋酸（40:60:1）为流动相,流速为1ml·min^-1,于323nm波长处测定。结果:阿魏酸在0.05～1.02μg范围内呈线性关系,r=1.000 0,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=1.4%（n=5）。结论:方法简便,结果准确,用于通脉口服液的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in tongmai oral liquid.Method:The Zorbax SB-C₁₈column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）was used,the mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid（40:60:1）,The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1,The detection wavelength was 323 nm.Result:The linear rangers of ferulic acid was 0.05-1.02μg（r= 1.0000）,The average recovery was 99.8% with RSD 1.4%（n=5 ）.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for quality control of tongmai oral liquid.更多还原
