【摘要】 目的:建立测定育宁乳膏中1,4-二羟基萘含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Hypersil C₁₈色谱柱,以乙腈-水（30:70）为流动相,检测波长325 nm。结果:在0.01～0.50μg范围内,1,4-二羟基萘的峰面积与进样量呈现良好线性关系;方法平均回收率为99.68%,RSD为0.99%。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of 1,4-Naphthohyquinone in Yuning cream.Method: The Hypersil C₁₈ column was used,acetonitrile-water （30:70） as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was at 325nm.Result: The linear range of 1,4-Naphthohyquinone was 0.01-0.50μg with the recovery of 99.68%（RSD=0.99%）.Conclusion:The meth- od is simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible.更多还原
