一种大容量双口RAM接口电路的设计
A New Design of Interface Circuit of Large Capacity Dual-port RAM
【摘要】 介绍采用通用存储器实现大容量双口RAM的设计方法;对双口RAM操作中共享冲突仲裁机制进行分析和讨论,提出优先权和机会均等两种设计思想,并分别给出具体竞争仲裁电路的设计。该接口电路具有较快的并行通信速度和较高的可靠性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a new design of dual-port RAM implemented by general memory is introduced to counter the conditions of small capability and costliness, and the conflict caused by share is analyzed and discussed. So the solution to this problem is brought forward, which is based on the thought of priority and equal chance. The interface circuit has higher communication speed and reliability.
