【摘要】 目的:了解强制戒毒人员的心理健康状况。方法:采用SCL-90症状自评量表对上海地区417例海洛因依赖强制戒毒人员进行测评。结果:强制戒毒人员的各项因子及总分、总均分显著高于常模(P<0.01)。在417例海洛因依赖强制戒毒人员中男女SCL-90测评中除阳性项目均分差异显著外(0.01<P<0.05),其他各项因子及总分、总均分有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。提示女性强制戒毒人员心理健康问题较男性严重。结论:强制戒毒人员存在严重的心理健康问题.应采取个体化的、有效的心理干预措施,以促进他们早日康复,回归社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To get the message about the psycho-physcond of addicts under compulsory-refrain means.Method:417 heroin addicts under compulsory-refrain means in Shanghai were surveyed and appraised by symptom checklist(SCL-90).Result:Each factor of addicts under compulsory-refrain means,the total score and the general even score were superior to the norm significantly(P<0.01).In the symptom checklist(SCL-90) of 417 cases,except the even score of masc items got the notable difference (0.01<P<0.05),factors of other items ,the total score and the general even score had highly significant deviation(P<0.01).To compare with the male ,the psycho-health problem of female addicts were serious. Conclution:The personnel under compulsory-refrain means had severe psycho-health problem,in order to promote their recovery,should be adopted individual and available mental intervention study.更多还原
