【摘要】 目的:了解北京、上海两所精神病院康复期精神病患者的精神治疗药物状况。方法:采用一日法、自行编制的调查表对北京、上海两地病情稳定的190例住院精神病患者进行调查。结果:两地单一用药、联合用药比例总体上存在显著性差异(P<0.01);上海氯氮平使用比例较北京高(P<0.01),奋乃静使用比例较北京低(P<0.05);两地单一用药治疗方案中最常用的五种药物均是:氯氮平、氯丙嗪、奋乃静、利培酮、舒必利,上海氯氮平单一用药使用比例也高于北京(P<0.01);联合用药方案未存在明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:两所精神病院康复期精神病患者精神药物治疗部分存在差异,这种差异可能与两地医师用药习惯不同有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To learn the difference of the psychotropic agents for psychotic patients who were in rehabilitation between one psychiatric hospital in Beijing and another in Shanghai.Methods:190 psychotic inpatients whose pathogenetic conditions were stable from two hospitals were investigated using the self-made questionnaire during the same day.Results:The two hospitals had significant difference in the ratios of mono-drug therapy、combined drugs therapy in total(P<0.01).The use ratio of clozapine in Shanghai higher than that in Beijing(P<0.01),while the use ratio of trilafon was lower(P<0.05).The most common five drugs in mono-drug therapy in both of the two hospitals were clozapine、chlorpromazine、trilafon、risperidone and sulpride,and the use ratio of clozapine in single psychotropic drug therapy was higher than that in Beijing(P<0.01).There were no significant difference in the kinds of combined drugs in the two hospitals(P>0.05).Conclusion:There existed part difference in the psychotropic drugs administration between the two hospitals,and that was probably related to prescribing habits of psychiatrists.更多还原
