【摘要】 目的比较固肠颗粒剂和直肠前突修补术治疗直肠前突的远期疗效。方法将42例直肠前突患者随机分为对照组18例与治疗组24例,对照组行手术治疗,治疗组予固肠颗粒口服。随访3年观察两组远期疗效。结果治疗组与对照组短期疗效差异无显著性,中期、长期疗效有显著性差异。结论固肠颗粒剂治疗直肠前突远期疗效较直肠前突修补术为佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the long-term curative effect of Guchang Granule and rectocele surgical repair on rectocele.In order to provide the clinical objective basis to the patients which kind of treatment was better,surgery or medicine?Methods:42 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly:treatment group(Guchang Granule group)24 cases,control group (rectoele surgical repair group) 18 cases.All patients were observed and followed up.Results:The results showed that the statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group was not remarkable in short term curative effect,but remarkable in midterm and long-term curative effect.Conclusion:The long-term curative effect of Guchang Granule was better than rectocele surgical repair.更多还原
