【摘要】 目的探明益神启窍方对PVS患者血清氨基酸含量的影响。方法随机将患者分为中药组与常规组,均采用高压氧、改善脑代谢、对症、支持等治疗,中药组加益神启窍方,疗程2个月;采用高效液相测定静脉血清中17种氨基酸含量。结果治疗后血中升高者既有抑制性氨基酸,也有兴奋性氨基酸,而中药组氨基酸含量的改变多于常规组。结论中药益神启窍方合用西药可调节失调的氨基酸水平,作用优于西医常规处理者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of the formula of waking up the patients from unconsciousness on the serum amino acid contents of the patients having PVS.Methods:All the patients were divided into two groups at random,19 patients for Chinese medicine,14 patients for normal.The therapies for hyperbaric oxygen,importing brain metabolism,heteropathy and supporting were applied to the normal group.The formula was added to the Chinese Medicine group.Two months for one course.To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the contents of 17 different kinds of serum amino acid in vein.Results:The results showed that after treatment the inhibitory amino acid was elevated in the blood,as well as the excitability amino acid.The leucine was elevated significantly in Chinese Medicine group compared with the normal group.Conclusion:It indicated that the effects of regulating amino acid disorder were better in the Chinese Medicine group compared with normal.更多还原
