【摘要】 目的观察补肾活血利水法治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法将75例患者随机分为两组,对照组采用激素标准疗程治疗或细胞毒性药物治疗,治疗组根据中医辨证以中药加激素或细胞毒性药物治疗;比较两组临床疗效及肾功能、血脂、血黏度等相关指标变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为91.11%,明显高于对照组66.67%;治疗组在改善症状及肾功能、消除蛋白尿、升高血浆白蛋白、改善血脂代谢及血液高凝状态等方面均明显优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗能明显提高难治性肾病综合征患者的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of refractory nephritic syndrome treatment of invigorating the kidney,promoting blood flow and using diuretic of hydragogue to alleviate water retention.Methods:75 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(45 patients)and control group(30 patients).The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese herbs and glucocorticoid or cytotoxic drug.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid or cytotoxic drug.After 6 months the clinical effect was observed,renal function,blood-fat and blood viscosity were detected.Results:The total effective rate was 91.11% in treatment group and 66.67% in control group.Significant difference was obtained through analysis of statistics between the total effective rates of two groups.The treatment group was superior to control group in improving symptoms and renal function,eliminating albuminuria,heightening plasma-albumin,improving blood-fat metabolism and blood hypercoagulabale state.Conclusion:The clinical effect of refractory nephritic syndrome was obviously improved by combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.更多还原
