【摘要】 目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血清中脂联素水平的变化。方法:老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病组22例,老年冠心病组20例,老年对照组20例。测定血清脂联素,比较脂联素水平的改变。结果:老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病组和老年冠心病组血清脂联素显著低于老年对照组(P<0.05);老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病组血清脂联素水平显著低于老年冠心病组(P<0.05)。结论:脂联素在老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病组与老年冠心病组下降,老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病组血清脂联素水平更低;脂联素可能在冠心病的发病过程中起一定保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the level of serum adiponectin in old type 2 diabetic patients complicated with coronary heart disease(CHD).[Method]There were 3 groups.Group A(n = 22):old type 2 diabetic patients with CHD,Group B(n = 20): old patients with CHD,Group C(n = 20) the old healthy.Determine and compare the level of serum adiponectin in all the groups.[Result]The levels of serum adiponectin in the group A and group B were significantly lower than that in group C(P < 0.05),the level of serum adiponectin in the group A was lower than that in group B(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]The level of serum adiponectin decreased in old patients with CHD,and which was lowest in diabetic patients with CHD.Adiponectin maybe have some protective action for CHD.更多还原
