【摘要】 为探讨医院门诊成批创伤病例的急救组织管理,该文笔者总结了1997—2002年,在重庆市九龙坡区第二人民医院门诊收治的61批次共264例病例的急救实践中,主要做的各方面工作,包括制定规范的抢救预案、作好抢救准备;搞好人员培训;做好临场指挥、保持工作条理性;注意合并伤,并发症等特殊情况的处理。达到了准确、有序,圆满完成成批创伤的门诊抢救工作目的。并提示平时周密的预见性,准备工作的完备性,现场指挥的灵活性等是保证成批创伤门诊急救工作顺利进行的必要条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the first aid organization and management for the mass injury cases in the outpatient department,this paper make a summary of the overall work done in practicing first aid for the 264 cases in 61 groups of mass injury during 1997—2002;the work covered the establishment of first aid project,preparation for first aid,staff training,spot instruction,handling injury combinations and so on.This paper also indicates the prerequisites like thorough prediction,complete preparation and flexible spot instructions for accomplishing the first aid for the mass injury cases.更多还原
