【摘要】 目的通过优化管理,提高流动儿童计划免疫(以下简称计免)登记建卡发证率和接种率。方法畅通流动儿童计免信息渠道,解除接种经济负担,增加服务供给,提高接种认知度和主动性;通过流动儿童计免年报和现场随机抽查,分析优化管理效果。结果流动儿童计免登记建卡人数大幅增加,2006年"五苗"接种率除卡介苗外均在90%以上。结论通过优化计免管理措施,极大提高了我市流动儿童预防接种水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To improve the rates of vaccination card distribution and immunization coverage among the floating children through optimized management.[Methods] The effect of the optimized management was analyzed through the annual report and on-site random investigation of the planned immunization among the floating children.[Results] The number of vaccination card registration increased substantially;the inoculation rates of the five routine vaccines except BCG were all over 90% in 2006.[Conclusion] The optimized management contributes a lot to the improvement of the inoculation level among the floating children.更多还原
