【Abstract】 With improvement of living condition,fishery products,for its delicious taste and abudment of nutrition,has become more and more popular among consumers worldwide.At the same time,quality monitoring and management of fishery products has also become very important work we have to deal with.To have the work well done,we must confirm the way that quality monitoring of fishery products may develop.This paper dicusses four developmental directions of quality monitoring of fishery products.更多还原
