【摘要】 目的:观察益气活血中药防治冠状动脉介入治疗后再狭窄的临床疗效。方法:60例经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)成功的冠心病患者,随机分为西药常规治疗组(对照组)30例和西药常规加益气活血中药治疗组(加中药组)30例。疗程3个月,观测患者的临床症状、心电图、心绞痛发生率、血液流变学指标的变化情况。结果:加中药组和对照组比较,在改善临床症状,改善心肌缺血程度及血液流变学指标、减少心绞痛发生方面有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血中药防治PTCA术后再狭窄疗效明显,使用安全、可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observate the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine with effects of replenishing qi and activating blood treating restenosis after Percutaneou stransluminal coronary angioplasty.Methods:60 cases were selected and diveded randomly into the conventional therapy group(control group) and Chinese herbal medicine and conventional treatment group(traditional Chinese medicine),30 cases each group,and treated for three months.To observate the changement of clinical symptoms,ECG,angina and blood rheology in the indicators.Results:The results showed that in comparison of the traditional Chinese medicine group and control group were a significant difference(P<0.05)in improving clinical symptoms,reducing occurrence of angina pectoris and improving myocardial ischemia and hemorheology indicators.Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine with effects of replenishing qi and activating blood for preventing and treating of restenosis after PTCA is effective,safe and reliable.更多还原
