【摘要】 目的:观察黄芪注射液穴位注射对慢性盆腔炎大鼠局部SIgA,血清IL-6、TNF-ɑ含量的影响及其病变局部组织形态学变化,探讨黄芪注射液穴位注射疗法对慢性盆腔炎免疫功能影响。方法:将wistar大鼠随机分成7组,除正常组和假手术组外,其余采用20%苯酚胶浆0.1mL注入大鼠左侧子宫造成慢性盆腔炎模型,黄芪注射液穴注组和生理盐水穴注组选用关元、足三里进行穴位注射;黄芪注射液肌注组用等量药物在大鼠两侧臀大肌处肌注;药物对照组用妇科千金片灌胃。观察各组大鼠子宫局部的组织形态学变化,检测阴道冲洗液中S-IgA的含量及血清中IL-6、TNF-ɑ的含量。结果:黄芪注射液穴位注射可以有效地增加慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型宫颈及阴道SIgA的含量,提高局部的免疫能力;同时可以抑制血清中IL-6、TNF-α的过度分泌,对细胞因子的异常表达有一定的调节作用,跟同穴注射生理盐水、同药肌注相比具有优势。结论:慢性盆腔炎的发生与局部SIgA分泌不足、区域免疫功能下降及细胞因子的异常分泌有关;黄芪注射液穴位注射可以对以上方面起到一定的调节作用,并且显示出药穴结合的优势疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of acupoint injection with Huangqi on the content of SIgA in local area and IL-6,TNF-ɑ in blood serum as well as the histology and morphology changes in rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID);To discuss the effect of acupoint injection by Huangqi on the immunity function in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its partial possible mechanism.Methods:The female wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups,all the left-side uterus was injected with 0.1ml of 20% phenol glue to induce CPID model in addition to that of the normal group and the false surgery group.The Huangqi acupoint injection group and the acupoint injection with saline group were injected in Guanyuan(RN4) and Zusanli(ST36);The intramuscular injection with Huangqi group was injected in the muscle of two-side buttock; The drug group was fed with the solutions of Qianjin tablet into stomach.To observe the histology and morphology changes of rats’ uterus of each group and detect the content of SIgA in vagina flushing and that of IL-6,TNF-ɑ in blood serum.Results:The content of SIgA in vagina flushing was significantly improved by point injection with Huangqi,but that of TNF-ɑ and IL-6 in blood serum were reduced.Huangqi acupoint injection group showed more effective to improve the immunity and regulate the disorder of cytokine compared with the acupoint injection with saline and the intramuscular injection with Huangqi group.Conclusion:Lower level of SIgA leads to the descent of immunity function in pelvic cavity and the excretion of cytokine is also disorderly in CPID.The above two factors are closely related with the progress of CPID.The treatment of Acupoint injection with Huangqi can regulate the above two factors,meanwhile shows the better effect of the combination of drug and acupoint.更多还原
