【Abstract】 Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors(CAIs) as drugs display extensively biologic activities such as antiglaucomatous,diuretic,antitumor,antiepileptic,antiarthritic,hypoglycemic ones.In recent years,the new generation of sulfonamides-type CAIs used for antiglaucoma have gained a lot of achievements.Much work is being focused on sulfonamide-type CAIs as antitumor drugs,the research is increasingly active,and the progress is very quick.This paper reviewed the recent advance of sulfonamide-type CAIs in antiglaucoma and antitumor field.更多还原
