Cu-26.4Zn-4Al(RE)记忆合金工程元件热稳定性及应用
Application and Thermal Stability of Cu-26.4Zn-4Al(RE) Shape Memory Alloy Engineering Part
【摘要】 通过对含有复合稀土的记忆合金Cu-26.4Zn-4Al所做的热稳定性实验,研究了该合金的工程元件在不同的载荷、不同的环境温度下,热循环次数对其功能的影响。绘出每次冷热循环过程中的位移—温度回线,依据回线,用切线法测得不同载荷及不同循环次数下各相变点的温度。结果表明:随着载荷的增加,引起合金相变点升高、记忆功能衰减,导致元件动作温度失常。经过过热时效实验;合金的记忆性能下降;对循环次数的影响表明:随循环次数的增加记忆功能衰减,但在一千次以内衰减不明显,恢复率大于90%,是由添加混合稀土细化晶粒所致。在使用本工程元件时关键要避免载荷过大和过热。据此,设计了在常压下,以水为工质的热敏阀,取代原来的复杂电子机械系统。
【Abstract】 The thermal stability of Cu-26.4Zn-4Al(RE) shape memory alloy were investigated.Effects on different stress loads,environment temperatures and thermal circle time for the alloy were investigated.The displacement-temperature loops were drawn.From the loops the phase transformation temperatures were measured under different loads and circling times by tangents.The experimental results showed that the phase transformation temperature increased,the memory function attenuated and resulted the unusual action of the engineering part.After overheat aging temperature experiments the memory function decreased,which attenuated with increasing the circling times.In 1000 circle times the memory function attenuation is not evident.The recovering shape percentages was more than 90% which is resulted from adding mixed rare earth elements resulting fine grain sizes.It was to avoid overload and over heating for the engineering part.The thermal sensitive valves were designed for water,which can replace the complex electric-machine system.
