【摘要】 目的探讨鞍区肿瘤手术对视力的影响因素,提高手术疗效。方法对2000年1月～2005年12月有视功能障碍的鞍区肿瘤患者126例(男57例,女69例)进行视力统计,结合手术当中视神经、视交叉和供血血管解剖特点分析。结果126例鞍区肿瘤患者共186只眼有视功能障碍,术后视力好转134只眼(72.1%),未变39只眼(21.0%),变差13只眼(6.9%),其中4只眼全盲。结论幕上鞍区显微手术中可清楚显露鞍区的重要结构,术中仔细分离视神经和视交叉,并保护其血液供应是减少术后视功能损伤的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the influence factor of optic nerve function during the operation in sellar region, in order to elevate the operational therapeutic effect. [Methods] One hundred and twenty-six cases with tumors in the sellar region treated operatively in our hospital from Jan 2000 to Dec 2005, were studied retrospectively. Acuity of vision, optical nerve and microvascular were analysed. [Results] Visual functional disturbance appeared in 186 ophthalmoses of 126 cases, acuity of vision was improved in 134 ophthalmoses (72.1%), invariable acuity of vision (21.0%), variation in 13 ophthalmoses(6.9%), 4 ophthalmoses were absolute blindness among them. [Conclusion] Micrurgy in sellar region can acting out important construction distinctly. Abruptioing the optic nerve carefully and protection of microvessels were the important to pevent the postoperative complication of optic nerve function in patients with sellar region tumor.更多还原
