【摘要】 目的探讨IL-6和IL-18水平变化在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)发病中的作用。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法分别测定39例SLE患者血浆的IL-6和IL-18水平。结果血浆IL-6的水平在SLE患者活动期组和非活动期组均明显高于正常对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);SLE患者的IL-6水平与SLE疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)之间呈正相关(r=0.74,P<0.01);SLE患者血浆的IL-18水平增高,且活动期组较非活动期组增高更明显(P<0.01),与正常对照组比较差异均有显著性(分别P<0.05,P<0.01);SLE患者的IL-18水平与SLEDAI呈正相关(r=0.49,P<0.01)。结论SLE患者血浆IL-6、IL-18水平均显著增高,并且与SLE的病情活动密切相关,可能在SLE的发病机制中发挥重要作用。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the change of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and IL-18 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and their pathological roles. [Methods] Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure the plasma level of IL-6 and IL-18 from 39 SLE patients. [Results] The plasma level of IL-6 exhibited an significant increase in the active and inactive SLE groups compared with normal control group (P <0.01, P <0.01, respectively). Additionally, the level of plasma IL-6 of the SLE patients was related positively with systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index (SLEDAI) score (r =0.74, P <0.01). There was increased expression of IL-18 in the SLE patients. The plasma level of IL-18 in the active SLE group exhibited higher than the inactive SLE group (P <0.01). The expression of IL-18 in normal control group compared with the active and inactive SLE group showed statistical significance (P <0.01, P <0.05, respectively). The level of IL-18 and SLEDAI score was also positive correlation in the SLE patients (r =0.49, P <0.01). [Conclusion] The correlation of increased plasma IL-6 and IL-18 with SLEDAI might play an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE.
