【摘要】 目的探讨血清瘦素(Leptin)含量与2型糖尿病(T2DM)、肥胖和性别的相关性。方法选择T2DM患者66例和非T2DM患者64例,用放射免疫法测量血清Leptin含量,同时测量身高、体重和体重指数(BMI),观察Leptin与T2DM、肥胖、性别的相关性。结果血清Leptin含量在糖尿病组与非糖尿病组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05),而血清Leptin水平与BMI呈明显正相关(r=0.746,P<0.01),男女性别之间差异有显著性。结论血清Leptin与糖尿病无直接相关性,而与肥胖和性别显著相关,这也揭示肥胖者和女性普遍存在"瘦素抵抗"。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the serum leptin concentrations correlation among type 2 diabetes mellitus, obesity, and sex. [Methods] A total of 66 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and 64 non-diabetes mellitus, radioimmunoassay(RIA) was applied to determine serum leptin concentrations, and weight, hight body mass index (BMI) was messured. [Results] There was no significant difference on serum leptin concentrations between type 2 diabetic groups and non-diabetic groups(P >0.05), while, serum leptin concentrations were significantly positive correlated with body mass index, (r =0.746, P <0.01), in addition, there was a significance between man and woman. [Conclusion] The serum leptin concentrations had no direct relationship to type 2 diabetes mellitus, but was significantly associated with obesity and sex, which indicates that leptin resistance many exist in obses and woman.更多还原
