白藜芦醇对去卵巢大鼠骨转换的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨白藜芦醇(RES)对去卵巢大鼠骨代谢的影响。方法48只SD大鼠随机分为6组,分别接受假手术、去卵巢、去卵巢+0.03mg/(千克体重·d)己烯雌酚(DES)、去卵巢+RES[分别为5、15和45mg/(千克体重·d)RES]处理,观察骨质代谢血清学指标的变化。结果D、E、F组大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶活力显著高于B组(P<0.05),抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶浓度显著低于B组(P<0.05)。结论白藜芦醇可影响去卵巢后大鼠骨转换的改变,对低雌激素状态下的骨形成有促进作用,而对骨吸收有抑制作用。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the effects of resveratrol on the bone transportation in ovariectomized female rats. [Methods] Forty-eight Sprague-Dawlery female rats were randomly divided into 6 groups and treated respectively as follows: group A, sham operated; group B, ovariectomized (OVX); group C, OVX supplemented with 0.03 mg/kg·bw·d diethylstilbestrol; and group D, E, F: OVX rats supplemented with 3 dosages of RES (5, 15 and 45 mg/kg·bw·d ). The duration of exposure was 90 days and the concentrations of serum ALP, BGP and TRAP of rats were tested. [Results] Compared with group B, the concentrations of serum ALP of group D, E, F increased significantly by the resveratrol consumption (P <0.05), the concentrations of serum TRAP decreased significantly(P<0.05) at the same time. [Conclusion] The results suggested that the resveratrol could effect the bone transportation of the ovariectomized female rats. The bone formation of the ovariectomized female rats could be promoted while the bone absorbing could be controlled by the resveratrol.
