【摘要】 目的探讨血清上皮型钙黏蛋白(E-cad)在子宫内膜异位症血清中的表达及在诊断和预后评估中的作用。方法以酶联免疫法检测不同分期和术前术后的子宫内膜异位症患者、对照组血清中E-cad的含量,并分别进行比较。结果子宫内膜异位症组血清中E-cad含量较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ期子宫内膜异位症患者血清中E-cad水平高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月血清中E-cad水平低于术前(P<0.05)。结论E-cad在内异症发病中可能起一定的作用;其血清水平在子宫内膜异位症患者明显升高,虽与疾病严重程度无关,但与预后密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the role of E-cad on the diagnosis and prognosis of endometriosis. [Methods] The level of E-cad in the serum of endometriosis patients was compared with that of the control group by using the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The endometriosis patients included different stages patients, preopetative and postopetative patients. [Results] The level of E-cad in serum of endometriosis patients was significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.05). The level of E-cad in the serum of both Ⅲ stage and Ⅳ stage endometriosis patients was higher than that of Ⅰand Ⅱstage patients. But the difference between them was not statistically significant. The level of E-cad in the serum of postopetative patients was lower than that of preopetative patients. [Conclusions] E-cad may play a role on the morbidity of endometriosis. Though the increase of the level of E-cad in serum is independent of the severity of endometriosis, it is correlated with the prognosis of endometriosis.更多还原
