【摘要】 目的探讨结直肠癌组织中凋亡抑制因子Survivin表达的临床意义。方法采用蛋白印迹和免疫组织化学法检测44例结直肠癌组织和癌旁组织中Survivin表达的情况。结果结直肠癌组织中Survivin表达率为56.8%(25/44),而所有癌旁组织均未见Survivin表达。Survivin在结直肠癌中表达率显著高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。结论Survivin的阳性表达与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤的大小、部位、浸润深度、组织分级、Dukes分期、复发及淋巴结转移都无明显关系,伴远处器官转移的肿瘤中Survivin阳性高于无远处器官转移者。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the expression of inhibitor of apoptosis protein-Survivin in colon carcinoma and its clinical significance. [Methods] The expression of survivin was evaluated using Western blot and immunohistochemistry in 44 colon carcinoma tissues and para-carcinoma tissues. [Results] Survivin protein was detected in 25 of 44 colon carcinoma tissues and none of 44 para-carcinoma tissues. The positive rate of surviving was higher in adenomas than in normal tissues(P <0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of survivin in colon carcinoma was not associated with the patients, age, gender, tumorous size, position infiltrating depth, tissue grade, Dukes, stage, recurrence, or lymph node metastasis, but with the metastasis of distant place organ of the colon carcinoma.更多还原
