【摘要】 目的了解正常女性人群的尿排卵试纸检测结果,以便正确应用尿排卵试纸。方法以尿排卵试纸对883名正常成年女性尿液进行现场检测;同时保留一部分人群尿样并采集血清样本,以放射免疫法测定血尿LH含量。结果尿排卵试纸检测"-"占14.8%,"+"者占68.6%,"++"以上者占16.6%。尿排卵试纸检测的阳性程度的比例,随着年龄的增加而提高。结论多数正常女性尿液对尿排卵试纸呈现弱阳性反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the results of tested women using urine luteinizing hormone (LH) test-paper so as to teach them to use the urine LH test-paper properly. Methods The urine was tested with the urine LH test-paper. The level of LH in uring and serum were tested with the radioimmunoassay. Results Urine LH test paper result indicated that the result of 14.8% women showed "-",68.6% women showed"+",16.6% women showed"++"or above.
