【摘要】 目的观察白芨甘露聚糖胶浆对上消化道出血的疗效。方法将133例上消化道出血患者随机分为两组。观察组(73例)经胃管给予白芨甘露聚糖溶液(5%)50mL/4h;对照组(60例)经胃管给予凝血酶溶液1000u/4h。每4h抽取胃液查隐血,比较两组止血率和止血时间。结果观察组止血率(94.52%)与对照组(96.67%)相近(P>0.05);观察组总止血时间(31.37±16.54)h与对照组(36.89±19.64)h差异无显著性(P>0.05);但观察组对轻度出血患者的止血时间(21.58±13.67)h明显快于对照组(33.19±17.32)h(P<0.05);观察组用药前后患者的血小板记数、出血时间、凝血时间及凝血酶原时间无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论白芨甘露聚糖胶浆对上消化道出血有良好的止血疗效,其止血效果和止血时间与凝血酶相似,对全身凝血机能无影响,无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effects of bletilla mannan in treating upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 133 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into two groups. 73 patients in the treatment group were given bletilla mannan solution (5%) 50 mL/4 h by gastrogavage,and the other 60 patients in the control group were given thrombin solution 1000 u/4 h by gastrogavage. Gastric liquid was drawn every 4 hours for occult blood test. The hemostatic rate and time were compared between the two groups. Results In hemostatic rate,no significant difference existed between treatment group (94.52%) and control group (96.67%) (P >0.05). In the total hemostatic time,the difference between the two groups wasn′t significant (P >0.05). Among patients with light bleeding,the hemostatic time in treatment group (21.58±13.67) h was shorter than in control group (33.19±17.32) h (P <0.05). Conclusion Bletilla mannan solution in treating upper gastrointestinal bleeding has good hemostatic effect,no adverse reactions. It does not interfere with coagulation on whole body.更多还原
