从Ca2+通路研究紫草多糖促进小鼠淋巴细胞增殖的机制
The mechanism of ZCP promote mice lymphoid cell to prolifearate in Ca2+ dependent signal transduction pathway
【摘要】 目的探讨ZCP对淋巴细胞增殖和Ca2+浓度的影响。方法MTT比色法检测其对淋巴细胞增殖;激光共聚焦显微镜观察细胞内的Ca2+浓度。结果ZCP能促淋巴细胞增殖,提高细胞内Ca2+浓度。结论ZCP可通过增加淋巴细胞内Ca2+浓度从而使淋巴细胞活化和增殖。
【Abstract】 Objective To study inhibitive effect of ZCP proliferates to the mice lymphoid cell and Ca2+ in- side the lymphoid cell.Methods Make use of a MTT method to examine the proliferate function.Adopt laser focus technology to observe the density of Ca2+ inside the lymphoid cell.Results ZCP can obviously promote the lymphoid cell to prolifearate and density of Ca2+ inside the lymphoid celt obviously increase.Conclusion ZCP can promote the lymphoid cell activation and proliferate from increase the density of Ca2+ inside the lymphoid cell.
