【摘要】 目的建立广枣四香丸中丹参的有效成分的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定了制剂中丹参的丹酚酸B和丹参酮ⅡA的含量。结果HPLC法测得丹酚酸B线性范围在0.306～3.060μg,含量平均回收率为102.02%,RSD为0.95%;丹参酮ⅡA线性范围在0.064～0.640μg,含量平均回收率为98.86%,RSD为2.57%。结论该法简便可靠,可用于广枣四香丸中丹参的有效成分的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To quantify the effective components of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Guang Zao Si Xiang pill.Methods To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of salvianolic acid B and tanshinoneⅡA in Guang Zao Si Xiang pill.Results The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 0.306~3.060 μg,the average recovery was 102.02% with RSD 0.95%;The linear range of tanshinoneⅡA was 0.064~0.640 μg,the average recovery was 98.86%with RSD 2.57%.Conclusion The methods is simple and reliable and can be used for the quality control of the effective components of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Guang Zao Si Xiang pill.更多还原
