【摘要】 目的研究周围型肺癌CT征象与血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)表达的关系。方法运用SP免疫组化法对52例经病理证实周围型肺癌的患者进行VEGF和iNOS表达的检测,分析其与术前CT征象的关系。结果VEGF和iNOS表达与瘤体大小、深分叶征、癌性空洞、胸腔积液、瘤体内钙化、纵隔淋巴结转移有关,与毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征无关。结论周围型肺癌CT征象中,瘤体直径>3cm、深分叶征、癌性空洞、胸腔积液、瘤体内钙化、纵隔淋巴结转移提示肿瘤的恶性度高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between CT signs and the expression of VEGF and iNOS in peripheral lung cancer.Methods The expression of VEGF and iNOS was examined using SP immunohistochemical technique in 52 cases of peripheral lung cancer proved pathologically. The relationship between the results and preoperative CT signs was analyzed.Results The expression of VEGF and iNOS was related to the tumor size ,deep lobulation,carcinomatous cavity,pleural effusion,calcify in neoplasms and metastasis of mediastional lymph node,but not to spiculation and pleural indentation sign.Conclusion The CT signs of peripheral lung cancer with diameter more than 3cm,deep lobulation, carcinomatous cavity,pleural effusion,calcify in neoplasms and metastasis of mediastional lymph node indicate higher degree of malignancy.更多还原
