【摘要】 目的探讨脑神经节细胞性胶质瘤的病理组织学特征、生物学行为,为该肿瘤的病理诊断、鉴别诊断和临床治疗提供依据。方法应用光镜、免疫组化等方法对手术切除标本进行组织学观察并文献复习。结果其临床表现为癫痫发作,MRI和CT检查示颞叶界限清楚的占位性病变伴有钙化。肿瘤组织学显示神经元排列结构紊乱,异常群集。细胞具有多形性,多核,核仁明显。免疫组织化学染色显示NSE(+),Syn(+),NF(+)。结论脑神经节细胞性胶质瘤是一种少见的肿瘤,以神经元和神经胶质细胞的异常增生为特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the histopathology characteristic and biological behavior of cerebrum ganglioglioma and provide data for its diagnosis and treatment.Methods The human cerebrum ganglioglioma tumor was studied with light microscopy and immunohistochemical staining, as well as review of the literature.Results Epilepsy was a main clinical symptom, temporal lobe mass was found in MRI and CT image with calcification.Microscopically, neuronal cell arrangement pattern was unusual, and assembled together abnormally.Cellular pleomorphism, polynuclear, prominent nucleoli was its characteristic, which was positive for NSE, Syn and NF.Conclusion Cerebrum ganglioglioma is a rare tumor, characterized by hyperplastic neurons and glial cell.更多还原
