【摘要】 目的探讨变应性鼻炎患儿血清IL-13和sIgE水平变化及意义。方法采用ELISA法检测21例变应性鼻炎患儿、23例正常对照血清IL-13和SIgE水平。结果变应性鼻炎组血清IL-13及SIgE水平均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论IL-13在变应性鼻炎发病中起一定作用,检测血清IL-13和SIgE水平对病情发展及转归的监测具有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore variances and significances of serum IL-13 and SIgE in children with allergic rhinitis.Methods Serum IL-13,and SIgE were measured in 21 cases of allergic rhinitis and 23 cases of normal contro1 using ELISA.Results The serum IL-13and SIgE concentrations in allergic rhinitis group were significantly higher than those of normal control group(P<0.001).Conclusion IL-13 may play some role in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.Determinating the serum IL-13 and SIgE is useful for monitoring the development and remission of allergic rhinitis.更多还原
