【摘要】 目的:探讨自1999年8月开始实施的秦巴卫生项目对四川省秦巴贫困山区急救与转诊网络体系建立的影响。方法:通过对项目领域所涉及的12个贫困县(区)各选择两个项目乡镇卫生院急救与转诊网络体系评估结果进行分析。结果:95%的乡镇卫生院建立了急救转诊网络并且运转情况良好。结论:秦巴卫生项目急救与转诊项目改善了秦巴贫困山区急救与转诊条件,提高了医务人员的救治能力及村民对急救卫生服务的利用能力,具有向非项目乡推广的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To discuss the effect of Qinba Health Project that began in August in 1999 on building emergency and referral internet system in Qinba poor areas in Sichuan province.Method We analyzed the assessment results of emergency and referral internet system in 24 township health centers in 12 counties covered by the project.Results 95% township health centers established the emergency and referral internet system,which worked well.Conclusions Emergency and referral internet system in Qinba Health Project improves the conditions of emergency and referral in Qinba poor mountainous areas,improves the professional ability of health workers,and also improves the farmers’ ability of using emergency health service,which is worth spreading to other townships that are not covered by the project.更多还原
