【摘要】 目的:了解未参加劳务工医疗保险的劳务工卫生服务需求、利用水平以及影响因素和参保意愿。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,对深圳市2554名未参加劳务工医疗保险的劳务工卫生服务需求、利用等进行问卷调查。结果:①调查人口两周患病率为22.24%,不同年龄、文化程度和职业有着显著性差异;②两周患者就诊率34.35%,就诊单位主要是个体诊所(32.45%)和社康中心(23.40%);③两周患病未就诊率高(64.61%),主要原因是可及性差、疾病轻等;④74.16%愿意参保,但完全了解医保政策的仅为0.95%。结论:未参保劳务工卫生服务需求大,但利用水平较低;卫生服务可及性和疾病严重程度是影响利用的重要因素;劳务工参保意愿强烈,医保政策宣传有待进一步加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To learn about the demands and utilization of health service for labor workers who did not participate in medical insurance and its influential factors,and their willingness of participating in medical insurance.Methods With the cluster randomly sampling method,we surveyed 2554 labor workers who did not with the questionnaire about demands and utilization of health service. Results The two-week prevalence rate was 22.24%.There were significant differences by age,education and occupation.The rate of visiting a doctor within twoweek for those who suffered from diseases was 34.35%.The main visiting institutes were private clinic(32.45%) and social health center(23.40%).The rate of non-visiting a doctor within two-week was high(64.61%),which main reasons were poor accessibility and slight diseases.74.16% labor workers were willing to participate in medical insurance,but only 0.95% of them knew well about medical insurance policies.Conclusions The demands of health service for labor workers who did not participate in medical insurance were higher,but the utilization of health service was lower.The important factors that influenced utilization were accessibility of health service and diseases’ condition.The labor workers’ willingness of participating in medical insurance was strong and it should strengthen propaganda of medical insurance policies.更多还原
