工作场所空气中HF、HCl、H2SO4离子色谱法测定的研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨一次采样用离子色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中有毒物质HF、HCl、H2SO4的含量。方法:以多孔玻板吸收管采样,离子色谱法测定。结果:方法采样效率>92%,方法的检测限HF 0.02 mg/L,HCl 0.12 mg/L,H2SO40.14 mg/L,精密度试验均小于10%。回收率92.6%~105.8%。结论:本法灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简单。方法的线性范围、检出限、采样效率、准确度和精密度均符合方法学要求,且一次采样可同时分析工作场所空气中HF、HCl、H2SO4浓度,此法适用于职业卫生日常监测要求。

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method for determination of HF,HCl and H2SO4 in workplace air.Methods:Samples were detected by ion chromatography(IC) after being collected with multi-hole absorbing tubes.Results:The efficiency of sample collecting was high(>92%).The detection limit of HF was 0.02 mg/L,HCl was 0.12 mg/L,H2SO4 was 0.14 mg/L.The RSD was less than 10%.The rate of recovery was 92.6%~105.8%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,selective and simple for the determination of HF,HCl and H2SO4 in workplace air.The linear range of detection limit,efficiency,accuracy and precision requirements are in line with methodology.The law applies to monitoring day-to-day requirement of the occupational health.
