【摘要】 该中药提取液主要由金银花、大黄等植物成分组成。为观察其杀灭微生物效果,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验及稳定性试验和现场消毒观察。结果,该剂原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌分别作用1.5、3、4.5 min,平均杀灭对数值均大于3.00,对白色念珠菌作用4.5 min,平均杀灭对数值大于4.00。于54℃条件下放置14 d,杀菌效果无明显变化。对皮肤上自然菌的平均杀灭对数值大于1.00。更多还原

【Abstract】 The basis of this extract are paints,for example flos lonicerae,rhubarb,etc.In order to observe its germicidal efficacy,the suspension quantitative germicidal test and stabilily test and on-the-spot disinfection efficacy wsa observed.The results showed the killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the primary liquid of this extract exposed for 1.5,3 and 4.5 min respectively were 3.00 and those of Candida albicans exposed to the primary liquid of this extract for 4.5 was 4.00.Its germicidal efficacy had no obvious change after storing at 54℃ for 14 days.Wiping the skin with its primary liquid for 3 min removed over 1.00 in average of the natural bacteria on skin.更多还原
