【摘要】 研究目的:分析和评价江西省广丰县现行土地利用总体规划实施9年来的认知度、参与度、满意度等社会影响度。研究方法:问卷法调查。研究结果:不同群体、不同文化程度公众的认知度及获取规划信息渠道有所不同;现行土地利用总体规划的社会参与成份已经有了很大进步,但只是事后的、被动的参与;公众对广丰县现行土地利用总体规划基本满意度达89.9%。研究结论:针对影响土地利用总体规划社会影响度的因素,采取相关措施,以维护土地利用总体规划的权威。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to analyze the degree of public cognition,participation and satisfaction about the comprehensive land use planning which has been implemented for nine years in Guangfeng County.Method of Questionnaire was employed.The results show that public’s cognition degree and access to planning information were different among different communities and by people with different education backgrounds.Progress has been made regarding the social participation of present land use planning,it is only afterwards and passive however.The basic degree public satisfaction reaches 89.9% with present planning.Relevant measures have to be taken to maintain the authority of comprehensive land use planning.更多还原
