碱金属氧化物及氟化物对环保型无铅釉上彩熔剂性能的影响
RESEARCH ON THE EFFECT OF ALKALINE METAL OXIDES AND FLUORIDES ON THE PERFORMANCES OF GREEN LEADLESS FLUX FOR OVERGLAZE COLORS
【摘要】 应用正交试验法,研究了碱金属氧化物及氟化物对环保型无铅釉上彩熔剂性能的影响。结果表明:R2O/SiO2最适宜的范围在0.45~0.56之间;Li2O:Na2O:K2O的比值为0.65:1:0.33最佳;氟加入量在10.18~10.31%之间时,熔剂的耐酸性最好。
【Abstract】 The effect of alkaline metal oxides and fluorides on the performances of green leadless fluxing agents for overglaze colors were studied by means of orthogonal experiments.The result shows that it can improve the flux’s performances with R2O/SiO2 at the range of 0.45~0.56,Li2O:Na2O:K2O optimum ratio is 0.65: 1:0.33,acid resistance is best with the adding quantity of fluorides at the range of 10.18~10.31%.
