乳腺浸润性导管癌组织微阵列COX-2的表达及其相关性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨COX-2在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法构建乳腺癌组织微阵列,应用免疫组织化学检测100例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者COX-2的表达。结果53.0%的肿瘤组织COX-2的表达呈中度至高度表达,47.0%的癌旁组织呈低表达,两者比较差异有显著性意义,P<0.001。COX-2表达阳性组的MVD为(63.02±13.93),明显高于COX-2表达阴性组(41.08±13.24),P<0.001。COX-2的表达与年龄及临床分期均无显著性差异,P>0.05,而与HER-2、P21、P53、ERα、PgR表达情况、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、组织学分级有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论COX-2在乳腺癌新生血管生成中起重要作用。COX-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁正常乳腺组织。COX-2的表达可以作为判定乳腺癌恶性程度和预后的有效生物学指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate COX-2 expressions and evaluate their significance in human breast invasive ductal carcinoma.Methods COX-2 expressions were detected in 100 samples of breast invasive ductal carcinomas with the immunohistochemistry performing tissue microarray(TMA) technology.Results Positive expression of COX-2 was detected in 53.0% of the breast cancerous tissues and in 47.0% of paracancerous tissues,there was significant diffrence in expression of COX-2 between cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues,P<0.001.The number of microvascular in COX-2 positive expression group(63.02±13.93) was significantly higher than that in negative1(41.08±13.24),P<0.001.The expression of COX-2 was correlation with the metastatic lymph nodes、tumor size、histological graee and ERα、PgR、P21、P53、HER-2/neu-overexpression(P<0.05) and had no association with differetiation age、TNM stage,P>0.05.Conclusion COX-2 promote the angiogenesis of the breast cancer.The COX-2 is normal by the side of the mammary glands cancer organize in of expression obvious high in cancer mammary glands organization.COX-2 may be a useful marker for reflecting tumor malignant behavior and estimating prognosis of human breast cancer.
