冠心病并发糖尿病肾病患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达及临床意义

【摘要】 目的检测冠心病并发糖尿病肾病患者和单纯冠心病患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达,探讨冠心病合并糖尿病肾病患者与MMP-2的内在关系。方法用酶谱分析方法检测62例冠心病并发糖尿病肾病患者和单纯冠心病患者血清MMP-2的表达。结果单纯冠心病患者MMP-2活性(INT.mm2)(1634±27)高于正常对照组(1031±63)(P<0.05),冠心病并发糖尿病肾病患者(576±46)低于单纯冠心病患者(P<0.001)和正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病的患者血清MMP-2正常或降低并不代表斑块稳定,要进一步检查是否并发糖尿病肾病。糖尿病肾病的肾组织细胞基质的堆积与MMP-2表达降低有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of serum matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) in patients with coronary heart disease and patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetic nephropathy and explore the association between MMP-2 expression and coronary heart disease complicated with diabetic nephropathy.Methods SDS PAGE Zymagraphy was used to detect the expression of MMP-2 in 62 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetic nephropathy and 264 patients with coronary heart disease.Results The activity of MMP-2(INT·mm2) in the patients with coronary heart disease(1634±27) was higher than that in normal subjects(1031±63)(P<0.05).However,the activity of MMP2 in the patients with coronary heart disease complicated with nephropathy(576±46) was lower than those in the patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.001) and normal subjects(P<0.05).Conclusion The results show that the expression of serum MMP-2 in the patients with coronary heart disease increases significantly,while MMP-2 tends to decline in patients of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetic nephropathy.Tthe expression of MMP-2 decreases in extracellular matrix(ECM) in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
