【摘要】 研究中药肠宁Ⅱ(CNⅡ)β-环糊精(β-CD)包合物的制备工艺及其药效研究。选用饱和水溶液法制备包合物,采用正交实验对包合物的制备条件进行优化。采用显微镜观察法,薄层色谱法,药效学实验对包合物进行了验证。制备中药肠宁Ⅱβ-环糊精包合物的最佳条件是中药CNⅡ与β-CD投料质量比为1:3,反应温度为50℃,搅拌速度为1500r/min,包合率为35.56(。该法包合效果较好,掩盖了药物的苦味,改善了药物的稳定性,且其药效没有发生改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Study on the preparation and pharmic effect of Chinese traditional medicine CNⅡβ-cyclodextin inclusion complex.The inclusion complex were prepared by the saturated solution with orthogonal design.The inclusion complex was validated by the way of microscope observing,TLC and the experiments of pharmic effect.The optimal conditions to prepare Chinese traditional medicine CNⅡ inclusion complex were as follows:the mass ratio between CNⅡ and β-CD was 1:3,the temperature was 50 ℃,the reaction time was 3 h,the stirring speed was 1500 r/min,the containing rate of the inclusion complex was 30.56%.This preparing condition is reliable,stable and feasible.It not only conceals smell of the medicine but also improves the stability of the medicine.更多还原
