高中生考试焦虑及其与学业自我效能感的关系

【摘要】 为了了解高中生的考试焦虑状况,并探讨高中生学业自我效能感与考试焦虑间的关系,对3511名高一至高三学生施测《考试焦虑问卷》和《学业效能感问卷》.结果表明:(1)女生的考试焦虑显著高于男生(t=-4.66,p<0.001);(2)学业自我效能感与考试焦虑呈显著负相关(r=-0.40,p<0.001),对考试焦虑具有显著的预测力.

【Abstract】 To describe the state of test anxiety of senior high school students,and explore the relationship between it with academic self-efficacy,3511 senior high schools students were measured by the Test Anxiety Questionnaire and the Academic Self-efficacy Questionnaire.The results showed:(1) the females’ test anxiety were significant higher than the males’(t=-4.66,p<0.001),(2) there were strong negative correlations between academic self-efficacy and test anxiety(r=-0.40,p<0.001),and academic self-efficacy had a significant prediction on test anxiety.
