【摘要】 目的建立HPLC法测定盐酸二甲双胍缓释片的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液含0.015mol/L高氯酸(pH3.0)∶甲醇=9∶1;流速:1ml/min;检测波长为233nm,以峰面积计算。结果线性范围:25~375μg/ml,r=0.9990。平均加样回收率为(99.9±0.8)%,RSD=0.8%,n=15。结论本法简便、快捷,结果准确,重现性好,可用于盐酸二甲双胍缓释片的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method to measure the content of metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.Methods A Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used.The mobile phase was a mixture of 0.01 mol/L KH2PO4 buffer with 0.015 mol/L perchloric acid(pH 3.0)∶methanol=9∶1,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detection wav-elength was at 233 nm.Results The linear calibration curves were obtained over the range 25 μg/ml to 375 μg/ml of metformin hydrochloride.The recovery of the assay was(99.9 ± 0.8)%,RSD=0.8%(n=15).Conclusion The method appeared to be simple,convenient and precise.It can be used for determining the content of metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.更多还原
