V5+、Ho3+共掺杂TiO2光降解甲基橙(英文)

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不掺、单掺和共掺杂纳米TiO2,对样品进行了XRD和UV-Vis吸收光谱分析,并以甲基橙的光脱色反应考察了样品的光催化性能。结果发现V5+拓宽了TiO2光谱响应范围,提高了光的利用率,产生更多的电子-空穴对;Ho3+的掺杂抑制了TiO2粒径的长大,引起了晶格的畸变和膨胀,延缓了光生载流子的复合;V5+、Ho3+共掺杂时,由于两种掺杂物的共同作用,可进一步提高TiO2的光催化性能。

【Abstract】 The un-doped, single-doped and co-doped TiO2 nanoparticles have been prepared by sol-gel method and characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-Vis absorption spectra, and their photocatalytic activity have been investigated by photocatalytic oxidation of methyl orange. It is found that V5+ doping broadens the absorption profile, improves photo utilization of TiO2, and then generates more electron-hole pairs. Ho3+ doping restrains the increase of grain size, leads to crystal expansion and matrix distortion and retards the recombination of the photoexcited carriers. The photocatalytic activity of TiO2 co-doped with V5+ and Ho3+ ions is improved related to the cooperative actions of the two dopants.
