【Abstract】 Education is a public-welfare activity,and the pursuit of public interest is the basic value-orientation for the reformation of educational system.Currently,the market mechanism is involved in public education,and the public welfare and public interest orientation of education are challenged.Therefore,in the process of reformation of educational system,maintaining and enhancing the public interest is the basic responsibility and function of the government.It means that the government should not only fulfill its responsibility and function,but also set up systems to maintain and enhance the public interest.更多还原
