【摘要】 中国是个农业大国,也是个灾害频发的国家,每年因灾造成了大量的经济损失,给广大农民生产生活带来了极大的危害,对农户家庭经济的影响也越来越大。结合灾害经济学的相关理论,采用实证分析方法,以黑龙江省宁安市沙兰镇发生的山洪灾害为例,从农民收入、家庭财产损失、人员伤亡、灾后负债等方面分析了自然灾害对农户经济的影响和农户的承灾能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 China a big agricultural power and frequent natural disasters occur in successive years,and they caused great loss in the peasant-household.Based on the research into the rainstorm,torrential flood disasters which broke out in Shalan Town of Ning’an City in Heilongjiang Province,this paper presented careful analysis of influence of the disasters on the peasanthouseholds,and the measures taken by peasants.The conclusion can be drown that the government need to take some resultful measures to help disasters-affected peasant-households to overcome financial difficulties and restore their production.更多还原
