【摘要】 文章通过2004至2006年北京大学七年制临床医学专业毕业生的就业情况和2007年七年制临床医学专业毕业生的总体情况、就业意向等分析了2007年七年制临床医学专业毕业生的就业形势,指出本届毕业生就业情况比较平稳,但难度大于往届毕业生。提出了积极引导,转变毕业生就业观念,扩大就业指导、服务内涵,拓展国内国际就业市场等对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the career trend of postgraduates majoring in clinical science of 7-year program by discussing their current situation,intention and their career situation in 2004 to 2007.The authors point out that the situation of postgraduates in 2007 is currently stable,but still harder than before.The authors also suggest some solutions for their career,such as positive introduction,transformation of their career concepts,deepening the meaning of consultancies and services,expanding domestic and international career market, etc.更多还原
