舰船保障性并行设计管理模式分析

【摘要】 针对传统串行设计管理模式中存在的问题,提出了舰船保障性并行设计管理模式,包括舰船总体与保障性设计内容并行,舰船总体设计过程并行,舰船综合技术保障设计主体并行和舰船全寿命周期信息集成共享4方面,界定了并行的内容和并行设计中各主体活动,给出了并行设计流程,建立了基于CALS的并行设计信息集成体系,从而为舰船在设计阶段就具备可保障、易保障能力提供理论和方法依据.

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the current problem concerning about traditional serial-design management model in naval vessel,presents concurrent design management model of naval vessel supportability.The model consists of four main concurrent aspects including concurrent design of ships and supportability,concurrence of ships design process,concurrence of work of design main body,integration and share of information during naval vessel total life-cycle.The paper defines the concurrent content and activities of design body,presents the concurrent design procedure,and builds a system of information integration of supportability of ships based on CALS so as to provide theoretic and methodological support for naval vessel having the supportable ability in design phase.
