两色紫金牛化学成分研究
Chemical constituents of Ardisia bicolor Walker
【摘要】 目的研究两色紫金牛的活性化学成分。方法应用柱色谱分离化学成分,波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果从两色紫金牛中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为3-βO-{-αL-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)--βD-吡喃葡萄糖-基(1→4)--αL-吡喃阿拉伯糖基}-16-酮-西克拉敏A(1),3-βO-{-βD-吡喃木糖基-(1→2)--βD-吡喃葡萄糖-基(1→4)--αL-吡喃阿拉伯糖基}-西克拉敏A(2),3-βO-{α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-基(1→2)--βD-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→4)--αL-吡喃阿拉伯糖基}-西克拉敏A(3),3-βO-{-αL-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)--βD-吡喃葡萄糖-基(1→4)-[-βD-吡喃葡萄糖-基(1→2)]--αL-吡喃阿拉伯糖基}-西克拉敏A(4),3-βO-{-αL-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)--βD-吡喃葡萄糖-基(1→4)-[-βD-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→2)]--αL-吡喃阿拉伯糖基}-16α,28-二羟基-12-烯-30-齐墩果酸(5),α-菠菜甾醇(6),羽扇豆醇(7),去甲岩白菜素(8),咖啡酸(9)和4-甲氧-基3,5-二羟基苯甲酸(10)。结论化合物1~10均为首次从该种植物中分离得到,其中化合物7,9,10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective To determine the chemical constituents from Ardisia bicolor Walker.Methods Chromatography was used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents,and their structures were identified by spectral analysis.Results Ten compounds were identified: 3-O-{α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl}-3β-hydroxy-13β,28-epoxy-16-oxo-oleanan-30-al(1),3-O-{β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyrano——syl-(1→4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl}-3β-hydroxy-13β,28-epoxy-16α-hydroxy-30-al(2),3-O-{α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl}-3β-hydroxy-13β,28-epoxy-16α-hydroxy-30-al(3),3-O-{α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)]α-L-arabinopyranosyl}-3β-hydroxy-13β,28-epoxy-16α-hydroxy-30-al(4),3β-O-{α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-glu——copyranosyl-(1→2)]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl}-16α,28-dihydroxyolean-12-en-30-oic acid(5)a-spinasteml(6),1upeol(7),norbergenin(8),caffeic acid(9),and 4-Methoxy-3,5-dihydroxy——benzoic acid(10).Conclusion Compounds 1~10 were isolated from Ardisia bicolor for the first time,while compound 7,9,and 10 were firstly isolated from this genus.
